This is the portable and compact fan that remains whisper-quiet while generating more than double the air flow of lesser fans of a similar size. Designed by an aeronautical engineer, it mimics the powerful venturi effect of modern jet turbines which harnesses and compresses air through a compact space, similar to the way wind strengthens as it passes between large buildings. The 12" blade's pitch, hub, and shape are aerodynamically sculpted for maximum efficiency and reduced noise, while the fan's enclosed curved housing reduces vibration and provides an additional 10% boost in wind output. The unit delivers over 11, 000 cubic feet of air per minute at a distance of 20', greater than fans twice its size, yet it consumes less energy on its highest setting than a 100 watt bulb.
